CARE Office
The Campus Advocate is available to provide CONFIDENTIAL support for those affected by sexual violence, dating/domestic violence and stalking. Survivors and significant others can access services about incidents that occurred on or off campus.

UC Campus Climate Report Form
The system wide UC Campus Climate Report Form is used to report behavior that is inconsistent with our Principles of Community (expressions of bias, hate speech, hate crimes, graffiti/vandalism, intimidation, bullying, or physical violence, bias incidents, hostile climate, and other campus climate issues). These go to the Locally Designated Official (LDO) who oversees the whistleblower program, Viola Kinsman at UC Merced.

Office of the OMBUDS
The campus Ombuds is a CONFIDENTIAL and informal resource for students, staff and faculty. It will provide informal dispute resolution services to faculty, lecturers, postdoctoral scholars, staff, students and anyone with a university-related concern.
